What is the delivery time?
10 to 20 working days. (Note: For pre-order items, delivery time depends on the arrival date.)
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Europe.
How will my items be delivered?
We will select the most suitable carriers based on the destination.
If I order multiple items, will they arrive at the same time?
We strive to deliver all items together. However, occasionally, due to different shipping methods for different items, they may not arrive at the same time. After dispatch, you will receive a delivery notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my parcel after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, the delivery method cannot be changed once the item is in transit. However, you can cancel the order within 60 minutes and place a new order with the correct information.
Note:

If a customer cancels the order more than 1 hour after placing it, they will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

If the address provided by the customer is incorrect and results in the loss or inability to recover the package, the customer will bear the loss. Neo-power will not replace or refund such orders.
